We can usually schedule and install your new system the day after your in-home estimate. Most installs take a day!
Will this help me save on my energy bills?
With today’s modern systems, we’re finding that most clients save between 20-50% on their electrical use when replacing their AC systems. All of this depends on the current system and your chosen efficiency level. Results do vary.
Do I need a permit?
All areas and cities are different. Your Design Consultant will know if one is required.
What system is right for me?
Every home or building will require a very specific system to achieve proper efficiency and comfort. At Living Air Design, we provide thorough inspections and consult with you to find the right comfort and efficiency to fit your wants and needs.
What size do I need?
A recent study showed that around 90% of HVAC systems were improperly installed. Part of this was due to incorrectly sizing equipment for homes. At Living Air Design, we come to your home to provide you a heat load analysis to properly size and install your system right the first time. This will help you achieve a longer lifetime of your system as well as improved efficiency.
What if I need duct work?
Most replacements do not need new ductwork. However, during our in-home assessment, we may discover insufficient ductwork that needs to be replaced or fixed. This can include kinked or crushed flex ducts causing leaks or an inefficient design, causing airflow and cold/hot spots.
